Turned up this song really loud on the radio tonight, driving home from frisbee.

Reasons to sing along:
GRE is OVER and I got a pretty good score...even good enough, I'm hoping, to get accepted somewhere for grad school.

I caught 4 goals during that last frisbee game and our team won. Such a good night for frisbee and running until my legs are sore.

Boys aren't completely ignoring me these days. In fact, if I do have be single and date for the rest of my life, can I just keep dating the 3 or 4 guys that I've been seeing these days?... they're pretty cool.

Mesa Verde this weekend!! Yes, I get to be a tourist again. I sooo miss it.

More often than not, when I do my hair and get dressed up, I feel pretty... and that's just a good feeling.

I really like teaching sunday school. Who knew I'd get the calling I requested? cool.

If I get 90 on my next few anatomy tests I'll pull an A-... can we say miracle?

My dad gave me a sweet Browning sleeping bag. Camping. August. Yes.

Maine: beach house, next month, semester break, and get paid for vacating. super sweet job perk.

Just being happy with life. not stressed, not worried, not depressed, not overwhelmed, just good. I like that.

Mount Olympus

Finally! got in a real, long hike this Summer. Mount Olympus is about 7 miles round trip, and it took about 6 hrs. Sure am feeling the burn in my quads today. But it was an awesome hike and the views from the top were spectacular! If you ever decide to hike it, make sure you get an early start. Hiking the whole way in the sun would have been killer. But our 7am start time was perfect.

Teton Valley

I had a fun time hanging out with the family, at this summer's family reunion in Victor, Idaho. My two brave siblings even endured the long ride in the car with me, a hike up to Mud Lake (and there sure was a bunch of mud) and a little jaunt over to Jackson, WY. Along the way I discovered my favorite BBQ pulled pork sandwich EVER at a little BBQ shack not far off the freeway in Malad, ID. Garlic bread buns with moist BBQ pork was the best thing to ever happen to the drive between Utah and Idaho (which I've made more times than I want to count).

Birthday

For my birthday eve, some friends and I had dinner at an Asian Restaurant called Sapa. Highly recommended if you're looking for some gourmet asian food in Salt Lake City.

 Luca and I had a blast at Cold Springs Trout Farm in Ogden. He would have stayed and caught fish ALL day if he could. As it was, we got 5 in about 40 minutes. He was in heaven.

These were at the dinosaur park in Ogden and Liberty Park Ferris Wheel (That's the one in the movie Charly). Perfect days to be enjoying the summer outdoors!

 

I happen to think this little boy is adorable. He's even a lot of fun when he's not sick, tired, or hungry.
