I had a fun time hanging out with the family, at this summer's family reunion in Victor, Idaho. My two brave siblings even endured the long ride in the car with me, a hike up to Mud Lake (and there sure was a bunch of mud) and a little jaunt over to Jackson, WY. Along the way I discovered my favorite BBQ pulled pork sandwich EVER at a little BBQ shack not far off the freeway in Malad, ID. Garlic bread buns with moist BBQ pork was the best thing to ever happen to the drive between Utah and Idaho (which I've made more times than I want to count).
